Come and enjoy this 40 minute soothing sound bath with Allisa Turriff from Shine Sound Therapy. Relax and rejuvenate while listening to the sounds of crystal singing bowls and an ocean drum. What a beautiful mid-week reset!Space is limited and registration is required.
Please bring along a yoga mat or blanket to lay on. You may also want a pillow and/or blanket to help you get comfortable.

About Allisa:
Shine Sound Therapy, LLC grew out of Sound Practitioner Allisa Turriff’s personal experience with sound healing. Everyday challenges living with panic attacks left her unsure of where to turn or what to try to get to the root of the issue. After doing a bit of reading and deliberating, she thought, “What’s the harm in trying sound healing?” and booked a session in June 2022. Little did she know at the time that that experience would take her further along the journey to becoming a sound therapy practitioner.
After her first sound therapy session, Allisa sensed a fundamental shift. It was as if the sound practitioners dissolved some of the emotions causing panic attacks. She experienced a sense of calm, peace and emotional distance that wasn’t there before. Anxiety and worry no longer limited her ability to live her best life.
By August 2022, Allisa knew she wanted to help others experience the life-changing benefits of sound therapy. She answered a calling in her heart to use her intuitive nature, compassion, sensitivity, caring personality and passion to provide sound therapy for others.
