Yin Yoga is a practice in which poses and stretches are gravity-assisted and held for a longer period of time, inviting the muscles to relax and the fascia of the body to stretch and release. As the fascia and knots let go, tension melts and our inner “stories” dissolve. The junk we carry can disappear. Yin Yoga offers many nurturing and healing benefits to the body, mind and heart. It's a great reset for busy people with active lives. In this 90-minute class, you will learn a little bit about Yin Yoga and have the opportunity to experience a full-length class designed to release tension stored in the body and enhance overall well-being. Class is suitable for all levels and options/props always available.
