POP UP Wellness Walk and Hula Hoop Workout - FORT WORTH
About this Event
We will do a brief stretch and a 15 minute hula hoop workout before we walk for about 30 minutes. If you own a hula hoop you are welcome to bring your own. I will be using a hula hoop belt. I have 9 hula hoop belts available and 2 regular hula hoops. The belts click around your waist and have a weight that spins around you and you move your hips as if you are using a regular hula hoop.
