With nature as your witness, exchange heartfelt vows in a serene and picturesque setting. Let the beauty of the park's surroundings create the perfect backdrop for your big day. The space will be inviting, elegantly decorated and professionally operated.

By booking this event, you are securing:

• A private, 40-minute time slot to officially exchange wedding vows in a small ceremony (the 1st will be 8:00 to 8:40 am, with different time slots occurring certain hours throughout the day)
• Time to take pictures (photographer not provided)
• An ordained wedding officiant
• Traditional ceremony script
• A beautifully decorated space
• Small refreshment station
• An outdoor wedding with a lake and the beautiful Georgia Woods as your ceremony backdrop
• Up to 8 guests allowed to attend the ceremony
• 5- Sweetwater Creek parking passes valid for the entire day
• Virtual walk through the day before the event
• Option to purchase upgrades for wedding ceremony (e.g., custom wording, favors, cake, etc.)

Deposit Due Today: $145

Remaining Balance of $200 is due at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. You may pay the remaining balance of $200 all at once, or over time. Once your balance is paid in full, you will be able to select your desired time slot for your nuptials ceremony and purchase optional upgrades.

IMPORTANT: After booking this event you wil receive a link to the contract for this event. Please review this contract within 48 hours of making the purchse of this event. I understand that although fair and reasonable, some of the specific event policies I have set in place may not work for all couples. For that reason, I allow a full refund on all deposits within 48 hours of the initial purchase of this event. 97% of couples do not cancel after reading the policies, however if the polices do not work for you and you prefer to cancel, this contract must be completed AND submitted within 48 hours of purchasing this item in order to be egligible for a refund of your deposit. After 48 hours of the initial event purchase we begin working on your event, therefore event deposits are nonrefundable due to the deposits required to secure the space and other items for your event.

If you have a large family or circle of friends you would like to include in your ceremony, this is not the event for you, but we also host similar events for larger groups and we would love to host your and your guests there.

Cancellation policy: Deposits paid through eventbrite are nonrefundable due to the deposits required to secure the space and other items for your event. You may send payment towards your balance due at anytime on a schedule that works for you, however the remaining balance MUST be paid in full by 4 weeks before the day of your event, or your space will be forfeited. 100% refunds of any amount paid towards remaining balances (excluding the deposit) are available up to 4 weeks prior to this event.

Within 4 weeks of the event, but more than 2 days, 50% refund on remaining balances will be given.

No refund will be given within 2 days of the event.

Optional upgrades sales are final and cannot be refunded, but will be available for you to pick up on the date of the event.
