Pop Up Sushi

Join us for an immersive sushi making class where you'll learn how to create beautifully crafted sushi rolls, poke bowls, and more from start to finish. Whether you’re a sushi lover or a total beginner, this fun and interactive experience will leave you rolling like a pro and confindence in the kitchen.

• Proper preparation of sushi rice
• Sushi cutting skills and vegatable preparation techniques
• Techniques for rolling sushi like a professional, including hand rolls, classic rolls, and poke bowls.

All necessary ingredients will be provided, including a curated selection of proteins and fresh produce:
Kani sticks, steak, steamed shrimp, eel, tuna, bacon, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, apples, mangos, jalapenos, seaweed salad and squid salad.

Each participant will also receive:

• A Sushi Manual to take home
• A Sushi Rolling Mat to keep practicing

Tier 1 – Sushi Class Only ($70):
Includes full participation in the sushi-making class, all ingredients, the sushi manual, and sushi mat.

Tier 2 – Sushi Class + Drinks ($100):
Everything from Tier 1 plus 2 handcrafted cocktails and 2 sake shots to complete your night!
