Join us for a holistic 5K experience designed to nourish your whole self-mind, body and spirit- while building meaningful connections.

Open to the community - bring your business cards and sneakers you don't mind getting dirty! We're meeting by the bathrooms at the start of the 1 mile mulch track.

Look for our tables set-up for day of registration.

Participants will be broken down into runners, joggers and walkers.

Special warm-up by Personal Trainer and Run Coach- Audrey Sherril.

Stephanie is a fitness professional with a wide variety of experience, personally losing over 120+ lbs, and specializes in niche spaces such as extreme obesity and transformational natural weight-loss, seniors 65+, youth coaching and more. She's been an entrepreneur within holistic wellness for over four years and is certified in Personal Training, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT and Gentle Yoga. Nikki is a seasoned behavior analytical professional with over 10 years of experience in education and mental health. She is the founder of Rays of Behavior Consulting, LLC, dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their healing journey through the development of sustainable self-care practices. She applies evidence-based strategies to create meaningful behavior change, guiding clients to start where they are and supporting them in maintaining self-care as they move toward their unique definitions of success. She is known for creating engaging workshops and presentations and is a passionate advocate for all abilities.
