Held in the open air of West Asheville Park, we’ll gather in stillness and be gently guided through a sound journey designed to support rest, regulation, and reconnection. Working in harmony with the grounding elements of earth, this experience offers a space to land fully in your body and be held -- without expectation, without effort.
