Join long-time friend of the studio Renee Hanel and our own Catie Troxell for a special Reiki + Restorative Yoga treat!Designed for both energy-work experts and those who are reiki-curious this class is crafted to support deep rest and contemplation. In the spirit of the fertile void—the sacred pause between what was and what’s becoming—this experience invites you to breathe, soften, and remember that stillness is an essential part of every journey.
Before our asana practice, we’ll explore how the fertile void can sometimes feel uncomfortable and uncertain, yet is actually a rich and potent space for transformation.
Then we’ll settle into a deeply restorative yoga practice with a guided meditation and reiki to call in ease and clarity. Participants can expect touch-optional reiki from Renee while being guided in their asana practice by Catie’s queuing.
