We're taking this class to whole new heights!
Join me for a super fun and playful PARACHUTE themed yoga class for you and your children ages 4-10 at Island Park in the village of Williamsville! The class will include movement, music and yoga poses, fun parachute games, mindfulness activities and a special guided relaxation time on the chute! Children should bring a favorite small stuffy friend for this class. The cost is $12 per child. Adults are free to attend. Space is limited to 10 children only. Register soon to secure your spot! If it's raining, the class will be held at The Fountain Wellness Center in Williamsville in their movement room.
