Whenever De Danswerkplaats is available and de Tangokalender is nearly empty, it's time to pop-up! No reservation needed, just put yourself here on attending and come (and yes, please share the event!). Doors close when 120 dancers are in, i will keep you informed as soon as we reach 100 dancers.
Christmas eve... every milonga seems to be cancelled. So yes... OK, we will help you out, dear addicts!
DJ DavidxTango will do his utmost to give you a boost for Christmas! Be aware that you might not want to go home early so don't plan a brunch!

Style of the Pop-Up: La Roca (The best tango's, played by the best DJ's in the wonderful ambiance of De Danswerkplaats in Amersfoort. That's Milonga La Roca. The place to go to for every really die-hard dancer). I expect dancers to be well aware of the ronda, dance in a close embrace and be very careful when entering the dancefloor and with the free legs of the followers.
Easy to reach by train and car (free parking), vibrant atmosphere next to the old town. The music stops earlier if less than 15 people are left. And if very busy at 02 we might add another 2 tandas or so.
Entrance 12 euro.
Adress: Oude Fabriekstraat 20 (entrance on 3 sites, via gate Prodent at Kleine Koppel 70, via little gate-house at Oliemolenhof or via backstage gate at Overijsselsestraat. (free) parking: Put on your tomtom: Kleine Koppel corner Brabantsestraat. It brings you exactly at the right spot. Parking is free, walk through the gate towards restaurant Hoog Vuur and take the blue door on your right. (picture by Ivo Chaveau)
If you have an electric car, you can park at Oliemolenhof. Go through the little gate-house towards Hoog Vuur, to your right is the blue door.
