At the Blue Heron Collective and Healing Center, we're thrilled to introduce our Kids Yoga for our littlest yogis, ages 3-4! 🧘♂️Our classes are designed to nurture young minds and bodies through playful poses, engaging stories, and fun breathing exercises.
