This class is a dynamic blend of yoga poses, flowing sequences, and mindfulness practices tailored to engage and support the development of older children and teens. As they journey through each session, participants will enhance their strength, flexibility, and balance, while also cultivating emotional resilience, focus, and a deep sense of inner peace.
