Join the Make Them Know Your Name Foundation for a free and engaging wellness experience in Downtown Cleveland designed to help you know your numbers, learn more about your health, connect with trusted healthcare professionals, and enjoy screenings, activities, prizes, and helpful community resources.

Register for the day that works best for you, attend, check in, and complete the Wellness Weekend experience to receive two complimentary Community Access tickets to the fifth annual Pop Up in the Park on Sunday, September 6.
Along the way, participants will have opportunities to explore health screenings, wellness conversations, activities, prizes, giveaways, and trusted resources designed to make learning about your health informative, accessible, and engaging.
This offer is available to the first 1,000 verified Wellness Weekend participants.
Wellness Weekend Schedule
Come anytime during your selected day’s event hours. Most participants should plan to spend approximately 30–60 minutes exploring screenings, wellness activities, conversations, and resources.
You do not need to stay for the entire event window.

Step away from the workday and make time for your health. Downtown employees, employers, families, and community members are invited to enjoy screenings, wellness information, engaging activities, and helpful resources.
Saturday, September 5 | 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Community Wellness Day
Bring your family and friends for a welcoming day of health screenings, wellness conversations, education, community connections, prizes, and activities designed to make learning about your health engaging and accessible.
Sunday, September 6 | 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Pop Up in the Park Wellness Day
Start your Pop Up in the Park experience with health and wellness. Enjoy screenings, education, activities, giveaways, and trusted resources before and during Sunday’s main celebration.

Wellness Weekend will feature opportunities to:

Location
Wellness Weekend activities will take place along West Mall Drive and inside Hilton Cleveland Downtown.
Daily check-in information, parking details, participating organizations, and programming updates will be shared with registered participants before the event.
Pop Up in the Park Main Event
The fifth annual Pop Up in the Park takes place Sunday, September 6, from 3:00–10:00 p.m. at Mall C in Downtown Cleveland.
The celebration will feature Grammy Award-winning artist Ashanti, Fabolous, live DJs, food trucks, vendors, family experiences, wellness, and an amazing fireworks finale.
Paid General Admission, Fast Pass, and VIP Front-of-Stage tickets are available separately at .
Important Information
- Wellness Weekend registration is free.
- Each participant must be individually registered.
- Participants only need to attend one of the three days.
- Registration alone does not include admission to the Pop Up in the Park main event.
- Two Community Access tickets will be issued after the participant attends, checks in, and completes the Wellness Weekend experience.
- Community Access guests will enter after VIP, Fast Pass, and paid General Admission guests.
- Community Access tickets do not include expedited entry, VIP Front-of-Stage access, premium viewing, or other upgraded benefits.
- Screening availability, activities, prizes, and giveaways may vary by date, time, and provider.
- Wellness Weekend programming is educational and does not replace emergency or ongoing medical care.
