Parks & Rec and the Library partner to bring you Pop Up in the Park! Carl Winters, also known as the Kalimba King, will have us moving and grooving to jazz and pop-inspired music highlighting the sounds of African thumb pianos.
Games and activities begin at 3 PM, the music starts at 3:30 PM!
