You’ll learn proper technique, discover common mistakes to avoid, and get personalized feedback to help you feel stronger, safer, and more confident in every class. Kids are always welcome in their strollers, so you can focus on your form without worrying about childcare. This is your chance to slow things down, ask questions, and walk away with tips you can use in every workout (and in everyday mom life, too!)..
