Pop-Up: Clothing and Jewelry Swap

Shakti in the Mountains is promoting gift economy and sustainable fashion by sponsoring a Clothing and Jewelry Swap.

Anyone can stop by on Friday, 9/19 from 3 to 6 pm and Saturday, 9/20 from 10 am to 12 pm to browse the selection of donated items. There is no money exchanged. ✨

If you would like to donate clothes or jewelry to the Swap, then please adhere to the following guidelines listed below.

📢 Do NOT bring items to swap the day of the event. We do not have the capacity to manage processing donations while staffing the swap.

• Drop-off donations at Shakti in the Mountains on Wednesday, 9/17 from 2 to 5 pm and Friday, 9/19 between 10 am and 12 pm. If you are not able to drop off clothing during those times, then email Kim.
• Donations must be in good repair. We are looking for gently-used clothing and intact and functional jewelry.
• We will sort through donations at the time that you deliver them. Please do not drop and run. We may not be able to take all your donations, so we need you to stay until we finish sorting.
• Any clothing or jewelry left at the end of the swap will be donated to a local charity. If you do want your items back, then you will need to return to Shakti in the Mountains no later than noon on Saturday, 9/20.
