Golden Hour Flow
As the light softens and the day begins to settle, join us for a warm, unhurried slow flow to honor the turning of the season. This class invites you to move with intention, breathe with presence, and soften into the subtle shift from summer to autumn.
Set in a gently heated room and perfectly timed with golden hour, you’ll flow through grounded sequences, then wind down into stillness—leaving you centered, open, and illuminated from within.
All levels welcome.
