Hour 1:
· Basic steps
· Timing
· Basic turns
· Understanding weight transfer and its importance
Hour 2:
· Beginner Partner-work
· Connection with your partner
· Foundational lead and follow techniques.
We will practice with music throughout the class.
Dress comfortably, avoid restrictive garments and
wear or bring comfortable shoes. Try to avoid shoes with soles that are very “grippy” as it can impede ease of movement.
