Join us bright and early at 8:30 AM for a dynamic class that blends traditional mat Pilates with energetic, choreographed movements set to motivating and energetic music. It’s the perfect way to wake up your body, boost your energy, and set a positive tone for the rest of your day.
This class is led by Hazel, a personal trainer from One Day At A Time Coaching, known for her motivating and supportive approach. Whether you're a Pilates enthusiast or trying it for the first time, Hazel’s expertise ensures that every participant feels confident and challenged, regardless of fitness level.
Expect a full-body workout that targets your core, arms, legs, and glutes, all while you groove to the beat. By the end of the session, you'll feel stronger, more flexible, and ready to conquer the day ahead.
