Join Amber Bacon for morning poolside Yoga at the prettiest pool in town, The Lakehouse Inn at Sledd Creek. $15/Class. Hotel guests $10! Bring a mat, or we’ll have some to borrow!
Get your zen and stretch on, improve your fitness and flexibility, improve longevity, build muscle, and have fun!
All ages/sizes/abilities, beginner-friendly. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver. Water bottle, towel, and hat/sunscreen great too! There is some shade under umbrellas available.
Stay and swim and enjoy the pool deck for $10, payable to the hotel! Swim till 1pm. Not open to the public, special offer!
