Join the Humane Society of Washington County as we cool off at the local community pool!
Bring your dog for an afternoon swim in the Potterfield pool.
VIP hour 5pm to 6pm.
VIP participation is $15.
VIP is designated for dogs who are seniors, service animals, intimidated by crowds, or have physical limitations. VIP requires advance registration and spots are limited.
General Participation is $5.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rules:
-Only fully vaccinated dogs are permitted.
-Dogs under 4 months old are not allowed due to vaccination requirements.
-Dogs in any stage of heat are not permitted.
-Dogs showing signs of illness are not permitted.
-Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
-Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the facility and must be immediately leashed at the first sign of aggression.
-Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
-All dogs must wear a collar with proper identification at all times.
-Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
-Dog handlers must be 18 years or older and may bring a maximum of two dogs.
-Some pooches prefer not to plunge and come only for socialization, so we ask that you respect their wishes.
