The Island Menu:

• Main: Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, and Fresh Salmon.
• Salads: Authentic Macaroni Salad, Grilled Pineapple Ambrosia, and Mixed Green Salad.
• Sides: Sweet King's Hawaiian Rolls, Pineapple Fried Rice, Corn on the Cob, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
• Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Coconut Cream Cake, and Tropical Fruit.

As the sun sets, the energy ramps up! At 8:00 PM, enjoy our spectacular Hula Fire Dancing Show, featuring breathtaking choreography and daring fire performances. This show is completely free for resort guests to enjoy (there is a charge for the luau buffet).
