POLUSH'D: A Day One Professional Performance Simulation is a four-hour, interactive experience designed to help participants practice what it takes to show up, communicate, navigate, and perform with confidence, professionalism, and purpose.

This isn't a lecture. It's an experience.

You'll step into realistic scenarios, make decisions, respond to challenges, practice your approach, receive feedback, and have the opportunity to try it, redo it, and navigate it differently—all in a supportive environment.

With only 15 participants, POLUSH'D is intentionally designed to be small, interactive, and hands-on. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate, practice, receive feedback, and try again.
