This is Timmy's inaugural fundraising event at Hickory Hall Polo Club, and we will be co-hosting this event with Circle City Clubhouse! This is a family friendly event.
Come out for an evening of fun for all ages. Relax while you watch Indiana’s only outdoor professional polo match, watch the finest ponies and players compete and stomp in the divots in between periods. Additional activities include a candy airplane drop at halftime!
All Sponsorships are 100% credited to Timmy! All other proceeds from this event will be supporting Timmy's mission, and the mission of Circle City Clubhouse.
Drive in by the carload for general admission, (bring your own lawn chairs or blankets) or purchase any of our group tickets for a reserved "box" and VIP parking, along with other perks.

Ticket levels are:
$500.00 - Chukker Sponsor: Includes recognition for your group in event promotion and at the event; 1 Tailgate Table with catered Hor d’oeuvres, water, and soft drinks for 4-5 guests; 2 carload’s admission to the event; VIP car tag with a VIP entrance lane for quick entry to the event; barn tour at 5:15 PM.
$1,000.00 - Divot Sponsor: Includes recognition for your group in event promotion and at the event; 1 Tailgate Table with catered Hors d’oeuvres, water, and soft drinks for 8-10 guests; 2 carload’s admission to the event (Your group will be parked together). VIP car tag with a VIP entrance lane for a quick entry to the event; barn Tour at 5:15 PM.
$2,000.00 - Goal Sponsor: Includes recognition as "featured sponsor" in all event promotion and at the event; 2 Tailgate Tables with catered Hors d’oeuvres, water, and soft drinks for 12-15 guests; 3 carload’s of admission and VIP parking at the event (Your group will be parked together); VIP car tag with a VIP entrance lane for a quick entry at the event; barn Tour at 5:15 PM with a champagne toast.
General Admission: $40.00 per vehicle.
Gates open at 5:00 p.m., and the match starts at 6:00. Bring your own chairs, coolers, and food or drinks if you wish as tailgating is encouraged! (No grills please at the request of Hickory Hall Polo Club).
