As the last light fades and the stars begin to appear, another world comes alive. Join us for an evening during National Moth Week to explore one of nature's most overlooked wonders, the masters of camouflage and nocturnal navigation - moths!
For this program, we will set up a light sheet and watch as the night's visitors arrive - from tiny moths no bigger than a thumbnail to neat moths with big wingspans.
Stop by the playground any time between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. to discover what kinds of moths we discover in the park.
All vehicles entering the park need a valid Minnesota State Park vehicle permit which is $7 for a day or $35 for a year.
