After watching the fantastic POLITE SOCIETY (2023) you are invited to join us for a martial arts/ self defence workshop for women (aged 16+) for an empowering event with Inspired Martial Arts.

Learn essential self-defence techniques and martial arts skills in a safe and supportive environment. Places are strictly limited (although there may be space on the day) register now to secure your spot!
