In this class you will learn how to make Fresh and Smoked Polish Sausage.
This is a hands on class taught by Master Meat Crafter and Master Sausage Maker, Joe Parajecki and Chef Grant Tipton.
We will explore the selection of meat, the Spices, Casings, and the Science behind Polish Sausage.
You will take home Polish Sausage you make in this class for your Dinner.
We will also snack on our makings throughout the night
