You’re invited to a fun and empowering event—Polish + Periods!

Our mission is to educate and empower youth through expert-led conversations about periods, puberty, and self-care—all in a safe, welcoming space filled with confidence-boosting chats and yes, manicures! It’s all about helping them feel prepared, supported, and proud of their growing bodies.

Created by Bright Littles and Waking Giants, this expert-led event is designed for youth ages 6 and up to learn about periods, puberty, and self-care in a safe, supportive space—complete with manicures and personalized kits!

We know many kids have questions but don’t always feel comfortable asking. This event fills that gap with open, judgment-free conversations, practical tools, and a whole lot of encouragement.

This is a drop-off event just for youth. Caregivers will receive an email beforehand with info on what we’ll cover—plus tips to keep the conversation going at home.Let’s turn uncertainty into confidence and make learning about growing up a little more fun (and fabulous)!
