πππβ€οΈπππΉπCome and join us for a valentines themed polework session!
A fun filled session where we will be running multiple groups to suit horses of different levels (maximum of 6 horses per group)
What to expect?
β€οΈ groups will be sorted into horses experience making it suitable for youngsters/ more green horses or more experienced
β€οΈ mainly walk & trot, however cantering is optional
β€οΈ throughout the session you will work towards working as pairs to ride in symmetry
What are the benefits?
π polework has lots of benefits! Including increasing rang of movement in joints
π improves synovial fluid production and circulation
π improves your horses coordination, suppleness, and flexibility
π perfect opportunity to get green horses out and about, and used to a warmup arena/ competition environment without any pressure
