Pole Workshop: Heels Tricks and Combos by Nicola Griffiths.This 90-min workshop is suitable for all levels (16+) as progressions and regressions are available. Kneepads are highly recommended and heels are optional (so if you don't have any suitable heels or you prefer bare feet that is absolutely fine).
