Working over ground poles has many benefits:- improves the balance and gymnastic ability of both horse and rider,
- encourages the horse to engage the core, work over the back and use their limbs in a more correct way
- improves accuracy and rhythm
- recommended as a beneficial exercise by many equine physios and vets
Becky works with no more than four riders in each hour long group and uses a series of exercises to suit each individual horse and rider, giving new insights into their riding and plenty of ideas to take away and work on at home.
This clinic is suitable for all levels and disciplines and provides a fun and supportive environment for all attendees.
