Pole Flow classes 🩷
Join us at 7.45pm on Thursday 28th August. 🤩
Pole Flow - You will learn a choreographed routine.
We look at lots of spins and transitions on the pole and floor and link them. We will be spinning and sliding on the floor.
This class is great fun and a really good cardio workout too.
Leggings, knee pads and socks recommend.
If you don’t have knee pads, leg warmers over knees work well and Bella will bring spares.
This is a mixed ability class so beginners are welcome but we recommend you to of attended at least 6 pole fitness classes first.
Cost. £16 or one of any class pack.
