The 30th Annual Northeast Georgia Polar Bear Plunge & Winter Festival will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Gum Branch Mega Ramp in Hartwell, Georgia.Officers from the Hartwell Police Department will be stepping outside our comfort zone and into freezing water for a cause that truly matters standing up against domestic violence in our community.
This event benefits the Northeast Georgia Council on Domestic Violence, serving Elbert, Hart, and Franklin Counties.
We invite you to support our team by making a donation. Contributions can be made by contacting the Hartwell Police Department at 706-376-3111 or by dropping it off in our lobby.
