Join two advanced Wim Hof Method instructors in an epic adventure in the location where it all started for Wim and the development of the method.
We are going to dive deep in the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method, accessing the power of the mind and unlocking our innate wisdom by immersing ourselves in the legendary waterfall of the Vice documentary.
The Podgórna Waterfall, a miracle of nature, is surrounded by a dense forest, and it flows down among the rocks in a 10-meter triple cascade to an oval pool.
The journey in stepping beyond our comfort zone will continue as we head off conquering Mt. Snezka, pushing boundaries all together as a tribe and realizing we are stronger than we think we are. The outer and inner mountain become one as we unleash the power within and transform our lives to its fullest potential, making memories that will last a lifetime. This expedition is suitable for all, new or experienced in the method. The price includes food and accommodation for five nights at the enchanting Pensjonat Olympia, where Wim and his team of advanced instructors have always led all of the advanced trainings.
