Mad for Miniatures is pleased to announce we will be running an official sit down pre release for Phantasmal Flames
Sit Down Event
Start Time: 11:00am
End Time: 16:00pm
These events will be officially run, but casual event with a number of swiss rounds (3).
Prereleases are a fun way to be able to play with a new set 2 weeks prior to release. A fun tournament will be played using the packs in your prerelease kit.
Each player will have 40 minutes to construct a 40-card deck including atleast 5 Basic Pokémon, energy will be provided on the day. No trading from these kits is to be done until the event is over, or you drop from the event.
Then, a short 3 round swiss tournament will be played, with only 4 prize cards instead of the usual 6.
Each round will be best of 3 games 45 minutes long. Win, lose, or draw it doesnt matter!
Everyone gets 3 additional Mega Evolution Booster Packs for the completion of atleast 2 rounds - these will be awarded to players during round 2!
Kits cost £30.00 and come with a promo card, 4 packs and a seeded pack.
You will need your player ID to participate in this event.
You will also need a basic knowledge of how to play the Pokemon TCG. We run casual gaming every week in store where you can come and learn!
This event is expected to sell out so pre registering is recommended. Your place will be reserved with pre payment in store! Due to the nature of this product please only pay if you can attend the event - in the case you pay and do not attend your packs will be passed onto someone that can attend and your payment will be put into store credit!
