About this Event

The Disabled Children’s Team would like to invite Pokémon fans to a one‑off community session’s taking place during the school holiday period.

The group will meet in the community, to take part in a Pokémon Go hunt, encouraging young people to explore the local area, work together and enjoy shared interests.

The aim of this session is to provide young people with the opportunity to develop new friendships with others who share a love for Pokémon, while also building confidence and independence skills within a community environment.

The sessions are open to young people age 13+.

Please note:

• Book one space per young person and use the young person’s name when making the booking
• Your booking is to express an interest; all young people require a profile to be complete prior to confirmation of place offer; this is to ensure their needs can be met appropriately in the environment.
• Young people attending the session will be supported in a group setting. Unfortunately, 1:1 support is not currently available.

Tuesday 4th August 2026 - Tredegar Park, NP20 3AJ

Tuesday 18th August 2026 - Fourteen Locks, NP10 9GN

Nod y sesiwn hon yw rhoi cyfle i bobl ifanc ddatblygu cyfeillgarwch newydd ag eraill sydd yn dwlu ar Pokémon wrth fagu hyder a datblygu eu sgiliau annibyniaeth mewn amgylchedd cymunedol.

Mae'r sesiynau'n agored i bobl ifanc 13 oed ac yn hŷn.

• Bydd pobl ifanc sy'n bresennol yn y sesiwn yn cael eu cefnogi mewn grŵp. Yn anffodus, nid yw cymorth 1 i 1 ar gael ar hyn o bryd.
