Join us for our Weekly Pokémon GLC Tournament @ Norfolk!
When a player wins a Gym Leader Challenge event, they are rewarded with a personalized Trainer Card. This is marked with the type they won with and posted on the GLC leader board. Each time that player wins with a different type, it is marked on their Trainer Card with a badge. Each new type earned is represented by a badge (sticker) added to the player's Trainer Card. Players can only earn one badge per Pokémon type each season, meaning victories with the same type more than once will not award additional badges.
A season runs for 26 weeks, giving players 26 opportunities to earn badges and expand their collection of winning types. At the end of the season, the player who has earned badges for the greatest number of different Pokémon types will be crowned the Gym Leader Challenge League Champion.
If two or more players are tied for the most badges at the end of the season, a best-of-three Conquest Finals match will be held to determine the champion.
Once the season concludes, all players may collect their Trainer Cards and take them home as a keepsake to celebrate their achievements throughout the year at league.
