Poke-Tow Party - Trading Card Event

By submitting your vendor registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Vendor Rules & Regulations listed below. Registration serves as your electronic signature and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable Florida sales tax.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, weather conditions, acts of nature, vendor inability to attend, or removal from the event due to rule violations.
• No exclusive vendor spaces or categories are guaranteed unless specifically approved and deemed necessary by Main Street Bartow, Inc.
• All vendor canopies/tents must be flame retardant.
• Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, dollies, tent weights, displays, electrical cords, and any other operational materials needed for their booth.
• No pets are permitted within vendor spaces, with the exception of ADA-recognized service animals.
• Vendors must comply with all Main Street Bartow, Inc., City of Bartow, local, state, and federal regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Vendors are expected to remain set up and operational for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown or departure is prohibited unless prior approval has been granted by Main Street Bartow, Inc. Vendors who leave early without permission may be restricted from participating in future Main Street Bartow events.

• Main Street Bartow, Inc. strongly recommends that all vendors carry their own general liability insurance coverage for participation in public events.
• Vendors participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or liability arising from their participation in the event.
• Main Street Bartow, Inc., the City of Bartow, event sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated organizations shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, accident, or claims arising from vendor participation.

By registering for this event, you certify that you have read and agree to all Vendor Rules & Regulations contained herein. Your registration and payment constitute your electronic acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
