Description: Join us for a 90-minute workshop focused on mastering the art of Hanumanasana (Forward Split). Breanna will guide you through essential techniques, incorporating both strengthening and flexibility yoga drills to address any obstacles you may encounter. Students already familiar with the posture can explore advanced sequencing options.

Defrost Shoulders

Description: Discover therapeutic approaches to enhance the mobility of your shoulder joint in this 90-minute workshop. The Glenohumeral (shoulder) Joint boasts the body's widest range of motion – are you maximizing yours? Breanna will lead you through a series of yoga drills, combining strength and flexibility exercises to address limitations within the shoulder area.

Catch & Release

Description: Building upon Workshops #1 & #2, this 2-hour session focuses on mastering Anjaneyasana Anuvittasana (Low Lunge Backbend). Breanna will guide you through static holds and various entry points for flowing in your Hatha Hips practice. Students demonstrating stability in the lunge will have the opportunity to learn how to catch the back ankle. Join us for a transformative weekend dedicated to enhancing your yoga practice.

Cost:

Early Bird: Weekend Pass: $70 (must purchase by April 12th, 2024)

MLC Members: $30 each workshop/ $75 for weekend pass.

Non-members: $35 each workshop/$90 for weekend pass.

Note: We accept cancellations up to 30 days prior to the workshop and you will receive full refund minus 10% of the original workshop fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of the workshop.

Bio:

Breanna Brown is the creator of Miami Yoga Bootcamp & Amongst Friends Yoga Retreats. She began practicing yoga at the age of 17 and in 2014 completed a 9 week YTT in Phuket, Thailand. Since then, she's traveled and taught beginners, intermediate & advanced hatha yoga in over 21 different countries. She is 500 E-RYT certified through Yoga Alliance and provides continued education for yoga teachers. Her life motto:
