Poetry Saves Lives is a healing poetry sharing circle — a gentle, intentional space to breathe, listen, and be heard.

This is not a performance, but a circle. A place where poems are offerings, stories are held with care, and silence is welcome too. Come to share a poem, read something you love, speak from the heart, or simply sit and receive.

Rooted in compassion, community, and creative expression, Poetry Saves Lives invites us to remember that words can mend, witness, and reconnect us to ourselves and each other. No experience necessary — just your presence.

In addition to sharing poetry we have prepared to share, we will do a brief writing workshop and somatic experience (dance/breathwork) to drop in!
