Join us for an extremely special night of poetry at the library. Wisconsin Poet Laureate Brenda Cárdenas will be joining us to do poetry readings and participate in our poetry discussion. Brenda is the poetry ambassador of Wisconsin and finished her undergrad at UW-Milwaukee where she also taught for several years. Brenda has authored two books and has also won several awards. You won't want to miss this celebrity appearance!
