About this Event
What happens when we merge poetry and theatre in a playful safe place?
Using Clean by Sabrina Mahfouz we'll explore how language can drive plot, how characters can have a poetic voice of their own and how rhythm can keep an audience enthralled.
Sabrina is a poet first, and this spills into her play writing with her rich and punchy use of words, let's see if we can do the same!
Clean is a 30min play, written in only 48hours, what can we create in an afternoon?!
(No need to read play in advance, open to all levels of experience).
Cost
This workshop is subsidised by Arts Council England. Please choose EITHER a free ticket OR a ticket+donation if you're able to support our Future Fund.
