This is a monthly, reoccuring poetry series at The Ellery! Hosted by Esman Rodas Calderon and Joanna Calel. We have featured poets who are locally, regionally and nationally recognized! The show kicks off with our feature, followed by a break and then the open mic portion. Poets can reach out to thevarietyshow_ on instagram to grab a spot on the open mic list, or show up 20 minutes before the event starts to secure your spot on our open mic. Open mic can have about 6-8 minutes to share a few poems. Our featured spot usually gets around 15-20 minutes.
