Join us in the Doty Museum Kitchen to learn about the lives and poetry of a Neenah Resident: Effie Waller Smith (b. 1879). Effie Waller Smith was born a free slave, was a published poet, and retired in Neenah to live with her adopted daughter.
Ann Oliver Lepore, retired UWO educator, leads the discussion at the Doty Cabin Museum after hours. Materials provided. FREE program.
