About this Event
Poetry Blerds and Jams (PB&J): A Comic Con for the Culture
Poetry Blerds and Jams, better known as PB&J, is Philly’s first Comic Con rooted in Germantown. A celebration of Black imagination, poetry, blerd culture, and community joy. This event brings together poets, comic creators, artists, musicians, and fans for a day where creativity runs wild and the culture takes center stage.
PB&J is where Philly slang meets sci‑fi, where spoken word meets superheroes, and where Black stories get the spotlight they deserve. If you’ve ever wanted a Comic Con that feels like home with the energy of Germantown, the flavor of Philly, and the brilliance of Black creators this is the jawn you’ve been waiting for.
