Come join us for our last poetry and sound bath of the year. We will tune into the power of words through self expression and reflection of the year coming to an end. We will immerse ourselves in the harmonizing sounds of the bowls and find relaxation of our bodies and minds. Info: Everything for the poetry portion will be provided, but if you have your own personal or favorite journal you love to write in, bring it! We will be doing different poetry exercises and working with typewriters so just bring an open heart and mind! Please arrive at 4 pm, give yourself time to find parking.

Info: We will have multiple heaters for the sound bath but dress warm because we will be lying still and on the roof. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye cover if want!
