Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center, 2120 S Cheyenne Canyon Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906, USA
Wear layer,.Dress Weather appropriate. Bring a water bottle. Bring a reusable travel mug if you have one. There are restrooms at the beginning of the trail.
If it snows or rains, the forest bathing hike will still take place.
The forest bathing hike will be cancelled if there are severe road conditions impairing access or the temperature is -20 degree wind chill.
