Pocket Full of Sunshine: An Affirmation Card Workshop
Brighten your day and carry the light with you!
Join us for a creative, uplifting workshop where you will design your own set of affirmation cards. These are small, powerful reminders you can keep in your wallet, purse, or pocket whenever you need a pick-me-up.
In this 60-minute session, we will:
- Explore what affirmations are and how to use them in daily life.
- Reflect on personal intentions and positive reminders.
- Create a decorate small affirmation cards with markers, coloring pencils, and stickers.
- Laminate your cards so they last and are ready to carry with you or gift to a friend.
No artistic experience needeed! Just bring yourself and an open heart. You will leave with a personalized set of affirmation cards to spark joy, confidence, and calm whenever you go!
