About Us:

On 02.11.2022 we opened an offline book club with the universal urge of readers to have a place a club of readers-members to sit together and read to listen to each other read with a cup of hot tea.

Message from the founders:

“Isola doesn't approve of small talk and believes in breaking the ice by stomping on it.”

― Mary Ann Shaffer The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society

This fictional club inspired us to find our way to creating the Pocket Diary Book Club. But we did not want a club with a book of the month. We wanted to let the reader choose their books enjoy a cup of tea with us and together we read passages aloud from our books.

Sometimes we do skits!
