This year’s Historics will feature cars of the 2.5 liter Trans Am Series. You’ll see lots of Datsun 510s, BMW 2002s, Alfa Romeos and more. To complement these great vintage race cars, Peter Brock, of Brock Racing Enterprises fame, will be in attendance.Information about this year’s Historics, including details about car corral and parade laps, is at: SovrenRacing.org The car corral and parade laps will again be a part of the event, plus they are getting a lot more time, energy, and volunteers this year, and we expect them to run much more smoothly.
BUY YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE! There will be a limit of 250 cars in the car corral on each of Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is likely to sell out and there may not be any day-of car corral tickets available. If you do NOT have tickets, for both the car corral & driver, as well as spectator tickets for each passenger, you will need to park in general parking, then buy tickets. So we get you parked faster, the car corral entrance line will NOT be a ticket sales line.
Show up early, before the rush. Gates open at 8 am. Follow directions to: Get parked. Sign the release and pick up your wristband. Be at the parade laps orientation session. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY in order to go out for parade laps. Lastly, line up for parade laps when directed by the SOVREN team.
